Lalicic is charged with having raped and sexually abused a female person in 1992 and 1993 and participated in mental and physical abuse of a detained civilian.

According to the State Prosecution’s charges, Lalicic, the then member of the First Corps of the Army of BiH, committed these crimes as a guard at the detention facility located in an unfinished basement of a residential building in Hrasnica.

He was arrested on December 8, 2014. After that he was ordered into home detention and banned from traveling and meeting the witnesses.
