Witness Rajko Stjepanovic failed to appear due to illness, so the Prosecution decided to give up his examination due to the severity of his illness.

Considering the fact that it is still not known how the Bozic brothers, injured parties, who live in Australia, will be examined as witnesses, the Trial Chamber will announce its decision about it and the date for the continuation of the trial at a later stage.

Saric, a former officer, and Djerahovic, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, are charged with having abused and beaten civilians, one of whom died and two who received severe bodily injuries.

They are charged with having abused Andjelko Bozic and his sons Nedeljko and Veseljko in Bukovica village, Zenica municipality, on June 16, 1992. The indictment alleges that Andjelko Bozic died due to the beating, while his sons suffered severe injuries.
