Indictment for Srebrenica Genocide Confirmed
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirms an indictment against Dragomir Vasic, Danilo Zoljic and Radomir Pantic, charging them with genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995.

They are charged with having assisted in forcible relocation of the local population from Srebrenica, separation of men from their families, as well as the capture and execution of men and boys in the areas of Bratunac, Srebrenica and Zvornik.
The indictment alleges that Vasic was Commander of the Headquarters of police forces in Zvornik and Chief of the Public Safety Center, PSC, in Zvornik, Zoljic was Commander of special units with the Zvornik PSC, while Pantic was Commander of the First Company of special forces with the Zvornik PSC.
