During a pre-trial status conference Prosecutor Milorad Barasin announced that he would examine 22 witnesses and present 41 pieces of material evidence during the evidence presentation process.
“Only one of the proposed witnesses has requested protection measures. Specifically, he has asked to testify under a pseudonym,” the Prosecutor said.
Radisic, a former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, is charged with having participated in the abuse, inhumane treatment and forcing Bosniak civilians to perform hard labour between 1992 and 1995.
The indictee is charged with the arrest of several persons and taking those persons to other locations in order to perform forced labour. This resulted in the death of at least six and the wounding of several people on the combat lines.

The indictment was confirmed on September 11 this year.
