Turajlic, former member of the Territorial Defence in Capljina, is charged with having committed a murder in 1992.

“After a wounded member of the armed forces of the Serbian Republic of BiH had been disarmed and captured by members of the Territorial Defence on June 7, 1992, he approached the captive from the back and deprived him of his life by opening a burst of fire at him,” the indictment alleges.

The trial of Causevic, former member of “Zulfikar” Special Purposes Squad with the Main Command Headquarters of the Army of BiH, who is charged with crimes in Konjic municipality in May 1993, will be conducted before the Cantonal Court in Mostar as well.

Causevic, who was allegedly accompanied by other members of the “Zulfikar” Unit, is charged with having intentionally caused severe bodily pain and the mental suffering of a person in Grabovci village, Konjic municipality.
