The State Court ordered Radoman Fundup into custody due to a danger that he might influence witnesses or accomplices, as well as destroy or falsify evidence.
“He is suspected of having killed several Bosniak persons, mainly women and children in Cohodar neighborhood in Foca in mid 1992 by shooting them from an automatic gun. He did this in collaboration with two other persons. Children aged 13 and 6 were among the killed people,” the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, alleges.
The Prosecution suspects Fundup, who was allegedly accompanied by another unidentified person, of having taken three Bosniak civilians, including two children aged 14 and 12, from a house and taken them to River Drina banks with the intention of shooting them. This happened in mid 1992.
Fundup surrendered to members of the Statet Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, on December 11.
