Relota, who was allegedly accompanied by two other people, is charged, as a former member of the Second Battalion of the Nikola Subic Zrinski Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, from Busovaca, with having abused and killed three Bosniak civilians and having severely wounded one person inside a house in January 1993.
 
The indictment was confirmed on November 6.
 
The trial of Relota is due to begin in the coming period.
