The custody measure has been ordered for Dusan Milunic, Radomir Stojnic, Radovan Cetic, Zoran Stojnic, Zeljko Grbic, Ilija Zoric, Zoran Milunic, Bosko Grujcic, Rade Grujcic, Uros Grujcic, Rajko Grbic and Rajko Gnjatovic.

On the basis of State Prosecution’s evidence the Court of BiH determined the existence of grounded suspicion, so it ordered the suspects into custody due to a danger that they might influence witnesses, as well as destroy or hide evidence.

The Prosecution of BiH suspects them, as former members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, police and civil authorities, of having participated in a joint criminal enterprise against the Bosniak population in late July 1992.

As announced by the Prosecution of BiH, more than 150 victims were killed in an attack on Zecovi village, Prijedor municipality. The majority of the bodies were found in Tomasica mass grave last year, while the search for several tens of other victims continues.

“The suspects are charged with murders, torture, rape and other types of torture, as well as the pillaging and destruction of property owned by Bosniaks in Zecovi village,” the Prosecution announced.

They are suspected of having killed 29 women and children in Zecovi village on July 25, 1992. Their bodies have still not been found.
