A plea hearing in the case against Drago Vukadinovic, who is charged with crimes in the Busovac area before the Cantonal Court in Novi Travnik, has been postponed as per a Defence’s proposal.

Branka Praljak, Defence attorney of indictee Branko Praljak, proposed for conclusion of a guilt admission agreement had been filed before. As the Cantonal Prosecution in Travnik did not accept the first proposal, it proposed to the Defence to prepare a new proposal for concluding such an agreement.

The indictment charges Vukadinovic with crimes against the civilian population. According to the charges, Vukadinovic, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, in Vitez, robbed, caused severe bodily injuries and treated a civilian in an inhumane manner in the period from April to June 1993.

The next hearing is due to be held on December 8.
