Custody for Andabak Terminated
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, terminates custody for Zdenko Andabak, who is suspected of crimes committed in Livno, and orders prohibiting measures instead.

Andabak, who was arrested on October 15, was ordered into home detention and banned from travelling and meeting or contacting the accomplices and witnesses in this case.
“In case the suspect violates the prohibiting measures ordered against him, he may be ordered into custody,” the Court’s announcement says.
The Prosecution of BiH suspects Andabak, former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, with having participated in the murder of two Bosniak persons and inhumane treatment of one person in July 1993.
