Zejnil Suceska said that he voluntarily reported to military police and that, after having received a decision, he used to drive water and fire wood for the Army by his minivan.

Suceska said that he reported to police, because Mario and Murat saved his minivan from being confiscated by the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS.

The witness said that he knew Komarica, but he could not remember Mario, adding that he did not know what his last name was.

The Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecution charges Mario Frimel, former Commander of “Ivan Krndelj” Squad of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, with having unlawfully arrested and physically and mentally abused Serbs in Hrasno neighbourhood, Sarajevo.

When asked by Prosecutor Sead Krestalica whether the premises used by Murat Komarica and Mario were located on the same floor of “Ina” building, the witness answered affirmatively.

He said that police members had “some” weapons, adding that they did not have uniforms, but wore civil suits.

When asked by the Prosecution whether he noticed that some persons were brought to “Ina” building, the witness answered negatively.

The Defence did not have any questions for this witness.

“His testimony has nothing to do with the incrimination charged upon my client,” said Midhat Koco, Defence attorney of indictee Frimel.

The trial is due to continue on November 21.
