Appellate Session in Scuks Case Postponed

Trial Chamber Chairwoman Zorica Gogala said that Defence attorney Almin Dautbegovic sent a fax prior to the beginning of this hearing, indicating that he was not able to come to the hearing due to health reasons and that the indictee could not come for personal reasons.
A new session is scheduled for September 10.
In April, this year the Cantonal Court in Mostar pronounced Scuk guilty of having killed a Croat civilian in Krkaca hamlet on July 28, 1993.
He was previously sentenced to six years but the Supreme Court of BiH quashed the verdict and ordered a retrial.
