Milisavljevic’s Defence presented, as evidence, reports of the examinations of Junus Tufekcic, Ferid Spahic and two protected witnesses. The Prosecution objected to some of the pieces of material evidence.

At this hearing the last witness was due to testify in defence of indictee Milos Pantelic, but she was not able to appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to illness. ??

Predrag Milisavljevic and Milos Pantelic are charged, along with Ljubomir Tasic, with having participated in the persecution of the Bosniak population within an attack conducted by the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, police and paramilitary formations from April to the end of June 1992. ??

According to the State Prosecution’s charges, Milisavljevic and Pantelic were members of reserve police forces in Visegrad, while Tasic was member of VRS. ??

The trial is due to continue on January 21, when two witnesses will testify in defence of Milisavljevic.
