Indictment against Malinovic Confirmed
The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed an indictment against Radovan Malinovic, which charges him with crimes against civilians in Hadzici.

The indictment of the Cantonal Prosecution in Sarajevo charges Malinovic with taking part in crimes against civilian non-Serb population in Hadzici municipality in August 1992.
The indictment was raised on December 24 this year.
