Luka Majstorovic, former operational staff member with the Crime Service of the Public Safety Station in Novo Sarajevo, is charged with having committed war crimes against civilians.

The indictment alleges that, while examining Bosniak civilians in a room in Kula facility in May 1992, Majstorovic physically mistreated them, hitting them with his legs and hands.

As indicated in the State Prosecution’s announcement, one of the prisoners received serious head injuries.

The indictment was filed with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
