Prosecutor Vesna Ilic included, in the case file, medical documents referring to protected witnesses H and D, who, according to the charges, were raped in “The Battle of Neretva” Museum during the night of July 28/29, 1993.

She also presented the State Prosecution’s minutes from the examination of suspect Nihad Bojadzic in December 2012. The Prosecutor did not read the minutes in the courtroom.

Most of the documents introduced by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina referred to Croat detainees who were held in the Museum premises during 1993 and 1994. One of the documents indicates that a member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, threw a bomb at the Museum.

The indictment alleges that Bojadzic, former Deputy Commander of “Zulfikar” Unit with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is charged with having raped a female detainee, sexually abused two male detainees and beaten some detainees in Jablanica during 1993.

The trial is due to continue on December 5.
