On Tuesday, September 3 the Defence of Edin Dzeko, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica, will examine a protected witness. Two days later the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to examine a protected witness at the trial of Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica.
 
Savo Babic, former Commander of Military Police of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is charged with having committed war crimes in Bratunac in May 1992, and Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, who are charged with crimes in Carakovo village, Prijedor, are due to appear in court on Monday, September 2.
 
The trial for crimes in Dretelj, which are charged upon Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, former members of the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS, and crimes in Visegrad, which are charged upon Oliver Krsmanovic, are due to continue one day later.
 
On that same the trials are due to continue in the case against Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic for crimes in Visegrad, and Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with crimes in Bratunac.
 
On Wednesday the trials are due to continue in the case against Branko Vlaco, who is charged with crimes in Vogosca, Veselko and Ivo Raguz for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, Zoran Dragicevic, who is indicted for crimes in Sarajevo, Zemir Kovacevic for crimes in Bosanski Brod, as well as Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with crimes in Srebrenica.
 
The trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in the Hadzici area, is due to continue on Thursday, just like the trial of Zeljko Jukic for crimes in Prozor.
 
On that same day the trial continues in the case against Zoran Marinic and Zoran Milic, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who are charged with murders in Busovaca.
 
On Friday, September 6 the trial is due to continue in the case against nine indictees, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges the crimes against Serb civilians in Kladanj upon Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nusret Muhic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, former members of the Territorial Defence, civil and military police.
 
The trial for crimes committed in the “Viktor Bubanj” military barracks in Sarajevo, which are charged upon Ramiz Avdovic and Iliuan-Nicolae Vintila, continues on that same day.
 
On Friday new State Prosecution witnesses are due to testify at the trial of Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic, who are charged with crimes in Blace village, near Konjic.
 
Several retrials are due to continue in the week ahead. The retrial of Marko Adamovic and Bosko Lukic for crimes in Kljuc continues on Tuesday, the retrial of Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica and Senad Dautovic, who are charged with crimes in Bugojno, is due to continue on Wednesday, while the retrial of Predrag Terzic, Aleksandar Cerovina, Milan Peric and Spasoje Doder for crimes in Kalinovik is scheduled to continue on Tuesday.
