Prosecutor Dragan Corlija announced that he would present 60 witnesses and one court expert. As he said, he also planned to present about 240 pieces of material evidence, including indictees’ statements given during the investigation.

He said that he might give up the examination of some of the witnesses in case other witnesses confirmed the facts important for the indictment.

According to the charges, Safet Mujcinovic was Commander of the Police Station in Stupari and became Commander of the Police Station in Kladanj later on, while Selman Busnov was Chief of the Public Safety Station in Kladanj. The indictment alleges that Nusret Muhic was Chief of the Group for Prevention of and Fight against Crime with the Public Safety Station in Kladanj, while Zijad Hamzic was Commander of the Territorial Defence Company in Stupari, who became Commander of the Territorial Defence Battalion in Stupari later on.

According to the charges, Ramiz Halilovic was an active policeman in Stupari before being appointed Commander of the Military Police Section in Stupari and Commander of the Police Station in Stupari, while Nedzad Hodzic was reserve policeman in Stupari.

Indictee Hariz Habibovic was reserve policeman in Stupari and Osman Gogic was military policeman with the Military Police Squad in Kladanj.

They are charged with having participated in the unlawful detention of Serb civilians and inhumane treatment of those civilians from May until the second half of July 1993.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposed that a case against an indictee, who is charged with crimes in Kladanj, be joined with this case. Besides this one, the only confirmed indictment covering crimes in Kladanj is the one against Kahro Vejzovic.
