On Friday, July 12 first witnesses will be examined at the trial of Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic, who are charged with crimes in Konjic. 

On that same day a pre-trial status conference is due to be held in the case against eight indictees, who are charged with crimes in the Kladanj area. Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busunov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic and Osman Gogic are charged with having participated in the unlawful detention and torture of civilians. 

Three new Defence witnesses will testify at the trial of Zeljko Jukic, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, on Thursday.

The trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago, who are charged with crimes in Trusina village, is scheduled to continue on Monday, July 8.

The trial of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae Vintila for crimes in the “Viktor Bubanj” military barracks continues on Monday and Friday, July 12.

On Tuesday, July 9 the trial is due to continue in the case against Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with crimes in Bratunac.

On Wednesday, July 10 new witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Veselko and Ivo Raguz, who are charged with crimes in the Stolac and Capljina area, Branko Vlaco for crimes in Vogisca, as well as Zemir Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Sijekovac.

The trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are indicted for crimes in the Hadzici area, is due to continue on Thursday, July 11.

The retrials of Nisvet Gasal, Musajb Kukavica and Senad Dautovic, who are charged with crimes in Bugojno, as well as Milan Peric, Spasoje Doder, Aleksandar Cerovina and Predrag Terzic, who are indicted for crimes in Kalinovik, will continue before the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the week ahead.
