Saric and Jukic will remain in custody until the end of their respective trials.

The indictment against Saric was confirmed on January 31, and charges him that as the Chief of the Public Safety Station (SJB) in the Serb municipality of Centar in Sarajevo, he has participated in an attack on the civilian population from the Sarajevo settlements of Nahorevo, Poljine and others in June 1992.
Saric was arrested on November 2, last year.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed an indictment on January 26, which charges Jukic of having participated in the persecution, murders and rapes in the Prozor area in 1993 and 1994.

Jukic is being held in detention since November 2, last year.M.T.
