The Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac filed the indictment against Jovica and Zoran Tadic, Berg, Babic and Mihajilovic, former members of the Republika Srpska Army and police, charging them with having participated in crimes against civilians in Duljci village, Bihac municipality in September 1992.

The Una-Sana Cantonal Prosecution charges the indictees with participating in the murder of 25 Bosniak civilians. Zoran Tadic, Zoran Berga, Zeljko Babic and Goran Mihajilovic are charged with having killed civilians Safija Mesic, Ibrahim Mesic, Mina Hrnjica and Hava Mesic on September 23, 1992.

According to the charges, Jovica and Zoran Tadic, Berga and Babic then killed several Bosniak civilians, who were picking plums as part of their civil duty, in Duljci village.

Besides that, Zoran Tadic and Zeljko Babic are charged with having come to Kosa-Rajnovci hamlet while going back from Duljci in the afternoon on that same day and killed Ramo Alivuk and his wife Kada.

Under the confirmed indictment, Goran Mihajilovic is charged with having killed Sacir Mesic in Loncic hamlet, Orasac village in late September 1992.

The Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac filed the indictment on November 30 this year. As per a warrant issued by the Una-Sana Cantonal Prosecution, the indictees were arrested in September and October 2011. They are held in custody in Bihac.Dž.D.
