The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects Jukic of having participated in the persecution, murder, rape, forcible disappearances and other inhumane acts against civilians in Prozor municipality from June 1993 to January 1994.

The suspect will be handed over to the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will examine him. The State Prosecution said that it would file a custody order motion against Jukic with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The hearing at which the custody order motion will be discussed is due to be held on Thursday, November 3 this year.
