The Justice and War Crimes Justice Report project was the focus of this edition. Due to The Hague’s pending cease of operation, and the transfer of war crimes caseload on the regional courts for further processing, the project aimed at strengthening the capacities of these judicial institutions. Many representatives from the region as well as the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia praised the initiative. The project cost of four million euros in total was covered by the European Union.

The guest of this month’s edition is the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia Judge, Fausto Pocar.

In November, TV Justice interviewed people of Doboj about their opinion of war crimes trials held at the Court of BiH.
