Zuhdija Dizdarevic, known as Zule, former member of the First Battalion with the Second Brigade of the National Defence of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, ND WBAR, is charged with having killed two members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH.The indictment alleges that on March 6, 1995, during the terrain cleaning operation conducted in Kumarice area, Velika Kladusa, after the ABiH’s Fifth Corps had withdrawn from the area, Dizdarevic found a wounded ABiH member and fired a short burst of bullets at him, killing the injured party. The Prosecution considers that the indictee found another ABiH member in the same area on March 7, 1995 and fired several bullets at him from his machine gun. It further alleges that the injured party died immediately.Available data suggest that Dizdarevic is defending himself while at liberty. The indictment against him was filed on December 30, 2010.D.D.———————————————————————————————–This article is made possible by the support of the American People through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID.)
