After the witness requested protection measures, including a ban on disclosing his identity during the course of his testimony, the Trial Chamber excluded the public from the hearing at which he testified.

KO15 testified for the Prosecution at the trial of six former Prijedor policemen charged with the shooting of about 200 men at Koricanske stijene on Mount Vlasic.

The State Prosecution charges that Zoran Babic, Milorad Radakovic, Milorad Skrbic, Ljubisa Cetic, Dusan Jankovic and Zeljko Stojnic, former members of the Interventions Squad with the Public Safety Station in Prijedor, participated on August 21, 1992 in escorting a convoy of more than 1,200 civilians, who were going to be exchanged in Travnik.

The indictment alleges that about 200 men were separated from the rest of the group and shot at Koricanske stijene. Only 12 of them survived the shooting.

The same indictment originally covered Damir Ivankovic and Gordan Djuric, who were sentenced, after having admitted guilt, to 14 and 8 years in prison respectively.

Presentation of evidence by the Prosecution was completed with the examination of witness KO15.

As per the official schedule of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the next hearing is due to take place on November 23, when the Defence will begin presenting its evidence.
