The third instance Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirms a verdict under which Musajb Kukavica was sentenced to four years in prison for crimes against prisoners of war in Bugojno from 1993 to 1994.

As the trial of Milenko Vukovic continues before the District Court in Trebinje, a Defence witness says that, on June 17, 1992 the indictee was on the division line in Brstenik village and not in Nevesinje.

Testifying at the trial for crimes in Srebrenik, State Prosecution witness Rado Jovanovic says that he was beaten up in Rapatnica, to which police brought him from his home of village Potpec in June 1992.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, requests the Court to pronounce Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic guilty of crimes in Dretelj. The Defence of Ivan Zelenika calls for a verdict of release.

As the trial of Ramo Zilic and Esad Gakic for crimes in Konjic continues, Prosecution witnesses tell the Cantonal Court in Mostar that detainees were beaten in a school building in Musala, but they cannot say anything bad about the indictees.
