The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, announces an appeal against a decision, ordering release of Andrija Bjelosevic and eight other persons, who are suspected of crimes in the Doboj and Teslic area.
The State Prosecution requests an extension of custody for nines persons, who are suspected of crimes in Doboj and Teslic. The Defence teams consider the motion unfounded, so they propose prohibiting measures instead.
The State Court ordered one-month custody for thirteen people, who are suspected of crimes in Doboj and Teslic but the Defence teams object to the motion.
The Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency arrested 13 people on suspicion of taking part in crimes against humanity, including over 40 murders, in Doboj and Teslic in 1992.
