The Bosnian state prosecution has raised an indictment against Djordje Ristanic for the murder, persecution, torture, rape and abuse of non-Serb civilians in Brcko in 1992.
The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) has arrested Djordje Ristanic on the suspicion that he participated in war crimes in the Brcko area in 1992.
