A Prosecution witness says at the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide against Srebrenica residents, that she did not utter the sentences mentioned in her statement given during the investigation in 2010.

The Defence of indictee Zoran Ilic presents material evidence in an attempt to prove that the attack by the Republika Srpska Army, VRS in July 1995 was not aimed against civilians, but members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Srebrenica.

At the trial for crimes in Srebrenica the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposes to the State Court to order indictee Dragan Neskovic back to custody. He was released under prohibiting measures on September 14.

The trial of Dragan Neskovic and Zoran Ilic, who are charged with crimes committed in Srebrenica, is due to begin on December 22, when introductory arguments will be presented.

The State Prosecution has filed a motion requesting the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend custody of Dragan Neskovic and order Zoran Ilic, who has been defending himself while at liberty since January this year, into custody.
