Six indictees, who are charged with murder of civilians on Mount Borje, Teslic municipality, in June 1992, appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, and plead not guilty.

As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, it has ordered the 60-day extension of custody for Andrija Bjelosevic, who is suspected of crimes in Doboj and Teslic.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, terminates custody of three persons, who are suspected of crimes in the area of Teslic and Doboj, and orders prohibiting measures against them.

Six indictees, who are charged with crimes in the Teslic area, are due to enter their plea before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, on Friday, December 26.

The State Court ordered one-month custody for thirteen people, who are suspected of crimes in Doboj and Teslic but the Defence teams object to the motion.

The Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency arrested 13 people on suspicion of taking part in crimes against humanity, including over 40 murders, in Doboj and Teslic in 1992.
