After the quashing of the second instance verdict, the prosecution requested that Zrinko Pincic be sentenced to a more than nine years of prison, while the defence believed he should be acquitted or receive a lower sentence.

The State Prosecution files a custody order motion for Zrinko Pincic, whose execution of sentence was discontinued due to the wrong application of the law. The Defence proposed to the Court to reject the motion.
2. April 2013.
The trial for crimes committed in Dretelj in southern Bosnia, was interrupted after a prosecution witness said he gave his deposition during the investigation under pressure.
