Slavko Lalovic has pleaded not guilty to allegations that he committed crimes against civilians in Kalinovik in 1992.
“Honourable Court, I plead not guilty to all allegations contained in the indictment,” Lalovic said.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed an indictment against Slavko Lalovic, a former member of the reserve police forces with the Public Safety Station, PSS, in Kalinovik, charging him with crimes against civilians committed in that town.
Not one perpetrator has been tried for the death of 37 men, taken from their homes in Sarajevos Kasindolska street in 1992 and found buried in a mass grave 15 years later.
The State Prosecution believes it will be able to prove that the indictees, charged with crimes committed in Kula, "participated in a joint criminal enterprise".
