A witness testifying for the Defence of Dusan Jankovic, who is charged with crimes committed at Koricanske stijene, claims that, "after the outbreak of the conflict in Prijedor", residents left the town on their own, adding that the police only performed "traffic and safety control" at the time.

Testifying for the Defence of Dusan Jankovic at the trial for the crime committed at Koricanske stijene, two witnesses say they did not see the indictee escorting the convoy of civilians on August 21, 1992. "Some policemen, dressed in blue camouflage uniforms, stopped us on the bridge over the Ugar river.

Zelimir Knezevic, a former cartographer at the Republika Srpska Army archive section, says that after having visited the location where 200 civilians were killed on August 21 he determined that the murders were committed "two kilometers away from Koricanske stijene".

A member of the Intelligence-Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina says he spoke to Milorad Skrbic while investigating the murder at Koricanske stijene and "determined that he did not have any operational data about this event".

A passenger who joined the convoy traveling from Prijedor on August 21, 1992 says Milorad Skrbic, who stayed with him and other civilians in "a bus that had broken down", saved his life that day.
