As the trial of Ratko Mladic continues at The Hague, Milorad Sehovac, former Commander of the Second Sarajevo Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, says that the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, violated the international war laws, because it did not remove its civilians from combat zones in Sarajevo.


10. July 2014.
Defence witness Nenad Kecmanovic says, at Ratko Mladic’s trial at The Hague, that the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, was caused by an unconstitutional outvoting of Serbs by Muslims and Croats in the Assembly of BiH, when making a decision on holding a referendum on independence of BiH in October 1991.


3. July 2014.
As the trial of Ratko Mladic continues, a Defence witness says that members of all ethnic groups were among soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army, deployed in the Sarajevo surroundings and that some of them were killed due to artillery and sniper attacks conducted by the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Responding to prosecutors’ questions during the cross-examination, a former Commander of the Ilidza Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, says that Ratko Mladic ordered the establishment of a commission with the aim of determining what happened at Markale market place in February 1994.
