The Bosnian state court told BIRN Bosnia and Herzegovina that the custody order for suspects Senad Kasupovic, Emir Alisic, Miralem Berbic, Jasmin Keserovic, Hamza Labidi and Armen Dzelko has been extended until March 19 this year.

Dunic was returned from the Middle East to Bosnia and Herzegovina by plane with the other suspects in December 2019.

Kasupovic, Alisic, Berbic, Keserovic, Labidi, Dzelko and Dunic are under investigation by the Bosnian state prosecution for “organising a terrorist group, unlawfully forming and associating with foreign paramilitary and para-police formations, as well as terrorism”.
