The Brcko Elementary Court said the trial of Dragan Zivkovic will begin on May 15. Zivkovic was charged with war crimes against civilians in Brcko.

At the start of the Mensur Peljto retrial, the defense requested that the chairman of the trial chamber be exempted from the trial. As a result, the retrial was terminated, pending a decision from the Basic Court of the Brcko District.
3. February 2015.
The Basic Court of Brcko District found Asmir Tatarevic and Armin Omazic, former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, guilty of crimes against civilians and prisoners of war. The court sentenced them to a total of three and a half years in prison.
