Bogdan Sobot Indictment Confirmed

The cantonal court of Bihac confirmed an indictment against Bogdan Sobot, charging him with crimes committed in Sanica, near Kljuc, in mid-1992.

Sobot, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with killing a civilian. Accompanied by two other soldiers, Sobot allegedly abducted a civilian from a house in the village of Donja Sanica. Sobot and the other soldiers then allegedly took the civilian to Bozin Mlin on the Sanica riverbank, where they killed him.

The cantonal prosecution said the body of the civilian still hasn’t been found.
