As the Momir Tomas trial continues at the cantonal court of Sarajevo, defense witnesses said they knew the defendant and that he was wounded in late November 1992, the time of his alleged crimes.
The Bosnian state court has referred two cases to the cantonal court of Sarajevo for further processing. One case deals with wartime crimes committed in Sarajevo, the other with crimes committed in the Hadzici and Ilidza area.

The trial of Dusko Dabetic was postponed after witnesses failed to appear at today’s hearing at the cantonal court of Sarajevo. Dabetic, a former Bosnian Serb fighter, has been charged with wartime rape in the Grbavica neighbourhood of Sarajevo.
The cantonal court of Sarajevo ordered another expert examination of Ibrahim Ceco’s mental health, after a court-ordered neuropsychiatrist found that Ceco was capable of standing trial.
