16. April 2013.
Testifying in defence of Radovan Karadzic, former President of the Bratunac Municipal Assembly Ljubislav Simic says that crimes against Bosniaks in that municipality in 1992 were committed by paramilitary formations, which the local authorities could not control, adding that the Bosniak population voluntarily left Srebrenica in July 1995.


4. April 2013.
Testifying at the trial for genocide in Srebrenica, a Prosecution witness says that, after having left the front line on July 19, 1995, people told him that some prisoners had been killed on a dam near Petkovci village, Zvornik municipality and then buried.


14. March 2013.
Testifying in defence of Radovan Karadzic, a witness says that he saw “between 200 and 300” corpses of Bosniaks from Srebrenica, who had been killed by Serb forces, in front of a warehouse in Kravica village, near Bratunac, in July 1995.

14. February 2013.
The Bosnian state court found fighter Slobodan Grujic not guilty of participating in the murder of ten Bosniak civilians in the north-eastern Zvornik municipality in 1992. The trial chamber in Sarajevo ruled on Thursday that the prosecution failed to present enough convincing evidence to prove that the defendant, a member of the Baljkovica unit of the Bosnian Serb Army, was an accessory to the murders on May 10, 1992.
