There has been a further delay in attempts to adapt the indictment against Pasko Ljubicic to local laws – further extending the indictee's long period of pre-trial detention.

Former HVO commander Pasko Ljubicic has been transferred from The Hague to Sarajevo, where he was ordered to be held in custody for one month.

The indictee, who is charged with crimes committed against Bosniaks in the Vitez area, will be transferred from The Hague shortly.
