At todays hearing of the Aleksandar Cvetkovic trial, the trial chamber approved a motion by the state prosecution to watch a video recording of testimony previously given by former UN military observer Joseph Kingori. The video recording will be presented to the Bosnian state court at the next hearing.

A former Bosnian Serb Army officertold Ratko Mladics trial in The Hague that he was not involved in an attemptedcover-up of the massacre of Bosniaks from Srebrenica in July 1995.

The High Court in Belgrade ordered one month of custody for eight former members of the Jahorina Training Center suspected of committing war crimes in Kravica, near Srebrenica, in July 1995.

Testifying at the trial of two former members of the Bosnian Serb Army, defense witness Zoran Jovanovic said the Sixth Battalion of the Zvornicka Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army did not receive an order to accept captives from Srebrenica in July 1995. One of the defendants, Ostoja Stanisic, was the commander of the Zvornicka Brigade.

Seven persons associated with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia have been arrested on suspicion of having committed war crimes in Kravica, near Srebrenica.

A defence witness at Bosnian Serbmilitary leader Ratko Mladics trial said that a massacre of prisoners nearSrebrenica in July 1995 happened because of an attempted escape.

Prosecutors at the Ratko Mladic trial tried to prove before the Hague tribunal that Milenko Karisik, a witness for the defense, knew about the capture and killings of thousands of Bosnian Muslims from Srebrenica in the summer of 1995. In his previous testimony, Karisik had said he wasnt aware of the Srebrenica killings.

At todays hearing of the Goran Saric trial, a protected witness known as SG-6 said Saric gave a speech to his unit before they departed for Srebrenica in the summer of 1995.
