The former commander of the Bosnian Army’s Fourth Corps, Ramiz Drekovic, was indicted for committing a war crime by ordering artillery attacks on a Serb-populated village in the Konjic area in 1995. Fourteen Bosniak ex-fighters were charged with crimes against humanity for the killings, torture, abuse, illegal detention and inhumane treatment of Serb civilians from the Konjic area in 1992 and 1993. The Bosnian state prosecution on Thursday indicted Esad and Agan Ramic, Sefik Niksic, Adnan Alikadic, Mitko Pirkic, Redzo Balic, Hamed Lukomirko, Safaudin Cosic, Muhamed Cakic, Ismet Hebibovic, Almir Padalovic, Enes Jahic, Senadin Cibo and Sead Jusufbegovic for alleged crimes against humanity in Konjic and the surrounding villages in 1992 and 1993.
