The cantonal court of Bihac confirmed an indictment against Milanko Devic, charging him with war crimes against the civilian population in the municipality of Kljuc.
Prosecution witnesses testifying at the Goran Sovilj and Petar Galic trial told the cantonal court of Bihac that the defendants were arrested after the murder of Mehmed Harambasic in Sanica, near Kljuc, in 1992.
The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been has been ask to repeal Ratko Lavrnic’s acquittal. Lavrnic, who was accused of war crimes in Kljuc, says he was on the battlefield when his alleged crimes were committed.

Presenting their findings at a status conference, a court ordered neuropsychiatrist stated that Vinko Kondic would not be able to participate in court proceedings in the future. Kondic, who was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease, had his trial discontinued in 2010.
