Over the course of the past year the Prosecution of Tuzla Canton filed two indictments for war crimes committed in Smoluca village and Kalesija municipality.

During the continuation of the trial before the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, two Prosecution witnesses are not able to confirm whether indictee Hajrudin Trle killed Drago Stevanovic in the Kalesija area in 1993.
3. October 2012.
The Tuzla Cantonal Prosecution files an indictment against Hajrudin Trle, charging him with crimes against prisoners of war in the Kalesija area in 1993.
