Former Bosnian Serb soldier Milos Krsmanovic was indicted for torturing and physically abusing Bosniak civilian detainees in the Rogatica area in 1992 and 1993.
The Bosnian state prosecution filed a war crimes indictment on Monday alleging that Milos Krsmanovic tortured, physically abused and humiliated Bosniak civilians who were held at the Rasadnik detention camp and at other locations in Rogatica.
