The Defence of Radomir Vukovic announces the filing of the trial chamber's disqualification motion.

As proposed by the Prosecution, the State Court has merged the indictments against Radomir Vukovic and Zoran Tomic, charging them with genocide in Srebrenica.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed the indictment for Srebrenica genocide.
