Bosnia’s Constitutional Court rejected an appeal from former Bosnian Serb Army serviceman Dragan Marinkovic, who was sentenced to eight years in prison for his involvement in the killings of two Bosniak civilians in 1992. The Bosnian Constitutional Court has dismissed as unfounded Dragan Marinkovic’s appeal against his conviction for committing crimes against humanity in the village of Zutica in the Milici municipality of eastern Bosnia in 1992.

Former Bosnian Serb soldier Dragan Marinkovic was sentenced to eight years in prison for his involvement in the killings of two civilians in Milici in eastern Bosnia in 1992. The Bosnian state court on Friday convicted Dragan Marinkovic of crimes against humanity for his role in the killings of the two civilians in the village of Zutica in the Milici municipality on May 11, 1992.
