Case: Lakic Draze

Former Serb fighter Draze Lakic was sentenced to nine years in prison for killing a Bosniak civilian in the village of Babanovac near Prnjavor in the north of the country during wartime.

On November 4 the District Court in Banja Luka is due to pronounce a verdict against Drazo Lakic, who is charged with crimes against the civilian population in Prnjavor in February 1993.

Testifying at the trial of Draza Lakic, who is charged with crimes against civilians in Prnjavor in 1993, a Defence witness says that police conducted an investigation into the murder and filed a report against the indictee.

As the trial of Draza Lakic before the District Court in Banja Luka continues, a medical court expert presents his findings, confirming that Zlatko Alilovic, who was murdered, had bullet-caused injuries on his body.
