Former Serb fighter Draze Lakic was sentenced to nine years in prison for killing a Bosniak civilian in the village of Babanovac near Prnjavor in the north of the country during wartime.
On November 4 the District Court in Banja Luka is due to pronounce a verdict against Drazo Lakic, who is charged with crimes against the civilian population in Prnjavor in February 1993.
