Predrag Lazetic, who was a member of the White Eagles paramilitary group and a Bosnian Serb Army soldier, was charged with mistreating 11 Bosniak prisoners in Gacko in June 1992.
The Bosnian state prosecution filed an indictment on Friday charging Predrag Lazetic with mistreating 11 Bosniaks who were being illegally detained in the town of Gacko in June 1992.
