Sasa Savinovic Arrested On Suspicion of Mostar War Crimes

The State Investigation and Protection Agency has arrested Sasa Savinovic on suspicion of having committed war crimes in the Mostar area.

Savinovic has been suspected of killing four Bosniak civilians as a member of the Benko Penavic Anti-terrorist Group, ATG.

During the day, Savinovic will be handed over to the competent Bosnian state prosecutor. The state prosecutor will then decide whether to request custody or prohibitive measures against Savinovic.
